1. About Feed Talk

Feed Talk operates an online platform designed to connect Chinese-speaking seniors and their families in Australia with independent support workers (Platform). Feed Talk does not directly provide care or nursing services, and does not employ any support workers. Support workers are independent practitioners, not employees, agents or subcontractors of Feed Talk.

In addition, Feed Talk provides farm-direct fresh vegetable, fruit and egg delivery services through its everyday services program.

2. Platform Role and Responsibilities

Feed Talk is a community care and everyday services platform that provides one-stop service coordination, including but not limited to:

• Recommending and matching suitable support workers based on client needs;

• Assisting with communication and service arrangements between clients and support workers;

• Coordinating the confirmation and collection of service fees;

• Collecting a service bond from support workers to protect the interests of both clients and workers.

Feed Talk does not:

• Directly provide any care, nursing or medical services;

• Employ or engage support workers (support workers are independent practitioners);

• Control the manner, method or quality of services provided by support workers;

• Make any express or implied warranties regarding the conduct, qualifications or quality of service of support workers.

Service arrangements between clients and support workers (including scope, duration, pricing and other terms) are agreed between the parties on the platform. As a service coordinator, Feed Talk collects service fees according to the agreed method after the arrangement is confirmed, and collects a service bond from support workers. Where liability is clear, Feed Talk may issue a refund to the client from the service bond first.

3. User Obligations

By using this website and the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate and complete personal information;

• Not use this website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose;

• Respect other users, and not engage in harassment, discrimination or offensive behaviour;

• Not interfere with the proper functioning or security measures of the website;

• Not reproduce, scrape or exploit website content for commercial purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including but not limited to text, images, logos, design and layout) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the express written permission of Feed Talk.
